Sunday School

Time: 9 AM

Sunday mornings, our day starts with Sunday School at 9 AM. There are classes for every age and we purpose to gain a greater understanding of the Bible and desire understand how it applies to our lives today. There are people of every level of Bible knowledge, and we want to see the Bible, not as an ancient book with no application today, but as God's Word written to man to help us grow spiritually and live our lives as we should every day.

Sunday Morning

Time: 10:15 AM

At 10:15 AM, we come together as a group to worship God in the Sunday morning worship service. Our service typically finishes around 11:30 AM. During this service, we seek to worship God by singing together, special music, and the reading and preaching/teaching of the Bible. Our goal is for this to be a time when we are both encouraged in our spiritual journey and challenged to take the next step God has for us on that journey. For children ages three (3) through second grade, there is a children's church that takes place during the message time of the morning service. There is also a nursery available for children under the age of three (3) at every service, staffed by trained and wonderful GHBC members.

Sunday Evening

Time: 6 PM

Our Sunday evening service starts at 6 PM and concludes around 7 PM. During this hour, we sing a few songs, spend time being encouraged from the Bible, take some time to find out what we can pray for, and have some people pray for these requests. We want this time of worship to be a reminder that a church is not a building, but people who are a family. As a family, we care for one another and want to seek God's help for one another.

Wednesday Evening

Time: 6:30 PM

On Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM, we have our midweek time. There are gatherings for every age. Children ages 4 through 6th grade can participate in Kids4Truth night, which provides kids with a solid foundation by focusing on systematic theology and teaching them important Bible doctrines. There are also fun-themed nights and activities for the children throughout the year. During the school year, teens meet for a time geared towards helping them gain a deepening understanding of what the Bible is about and how it affects our lives today. We believe God wants teens to be greatly used by God and to continually grow in their spiritual journey.
